We manufacture and supply equipment for wastewater treatment plants designed for mechanical treatment, separation of contaminants, conveying of screenings and sludge, dewatering and hygienisation. We offer equipment for new municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants as well as for the modernisation of existing process lines. We select the size, capacity, construction material and equipment configuration according to the parameters of the specific installation.

For the mechanical separation of contaminants, we manufacture grates, screens, screen grit chambers, grit chambers and grit separators. Depending on the required separation accuracy, we can use, among other solutions, rotary drum screens with openings from 1 to 20 mm or vertical screw screens with openings from 1 to 10 mm and a maximum capacity of 40 dm³/s. For final wastewater polishing, we also offer rotary drum microscreens with mesh openings of 5–40 µm.
In installations where screenings retention and mineral solids removal need to be combined in a single unit, we use SPK screen grit chambers. The unit incorporates a screw-slot screen with a shaftless screw, a sedimentation section and an integrated screenings press. In systems with separate process units, we can combine a grate or screen, a grit chamber and a SEP grit separator.
We also manufacture equipment for collecting and conveying material removed from wastewater. PS screw conveyors are available in PS-150, PS-200, PS-250 and PS-300 versions, with screw diameters ranging from 150 to 300 mm. We select the unit length, drive power, feed hoppers and discharge arrangement according to the installation location and cooperating equipment. Screenings retained on screens and grates can additionally be compacted, washed and dewatered before being discharged into a bin or container.
For sludge dewatering, we offer belt filter presses and PFK chamber filter presses. We manufacture belt filter presses with belt widths from 500 to 1200 mm and capacities from 1 to 10 m³/h. Our chamber filter press range includes PFK-800, PFK-1000 and PFK-1200 series, with configurations from 35 to 141 plates and chamber capacities of up to 4.00 m³. For a specific sludge, we can carry out test filtration and select filter cloths and process aids.
We also supply complete dewatering systems including a press, sludge feed pump, polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing station, wash water system, conveyors and automation. After sludge dewatering, we can extend the installation with a hygienising agent silo, feeder, screw conveyors and sludge mixer. We manufacture sludge hygienisation systems with capacities ranging from approximately 1 to 60 m³/h.
We can supply the equipment as individual units or combine it into a complete process line. The scope of supply can include equipment selection, manufacture, automation, installation and commissioning. When modernising a wastewater treatment plant, we can replace only a selected component, increase the capacity of a specific treatment stage or integrate new equipment with existing machines.
