We manufacture belt filter presses designed for continuous sludge dewatering in small and medium-sized wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants and industrial installations. We offer M-0.5, M-0.8, M-1 and M-1.2 models with belt widths ranging from 500 to 1200 mm and capacities from 1 to 10 m³/h.
We manufacture the presses entirely from acid-resistant stainless steel. We can modify the number of compression zones, the length of the thickening zone and other equipment parameters, allowing the press to be adapted to the properties of a specific sludge and the operating conditions of the installation. The unit can form part of the wastewater treatment plant equipment selected by us.
Belt filter presses are designed for mechanical sludge dewatering in a continuous process. Sludge is fed onto the surface of the filter belt and then passes through successive thickening and compression zones, where water is gradually separated from the solids.
For processes where pressure separation of the liquid and solid phases is required instead of continuous operation, we also offer PFK chamber filter presses.
The equipment can be used for dewatering:
We manufacture the press structure from acid-resistant stainless steel. The system uses a lower and upper belt, whose operation can be adjusted according to the properties of the sludge being dewatered.
The main solutions used in the presses include:
The equipment is designed for straightforward operation and maintenance, while the ability to adjust operating parameters allows the dewatering process to be adapted to changing sludge properties.
We offer four basic press sizes with belt widths of 500, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm. Depending on the model, the capacity ranges from 1 to 10 m³/h, while the dry solids content of the dewatered sludge at the outlet can range from 12 to 25%.
| Type | Belt width | Capacity | Outlet sludge | Dimensions L × B × H | Power |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| M-0.5 | 500 mm | 1–3 m³/h | 12–25% dry solids | 3.5 × 0.9 × 1.7–2.1 m | 0.5 kW |
| M-0.8 | 800 mm | 1–6 m³/h | 12–25% dry solids | 3.5 × 1.3 × 1.7–2.1 m | 0.5 kW |
| M-1 | 1000 mm | 1–8 m³/h | 12–25% dry solids | 3.5 × 1.5 × 1.7–2.1 m | 0.74 kW |
| M-1.2 | 1200 mm | 1–10 m³/h | 12–25% dry solids | 3.5 × 1.8 × 1.7–2.1 m | 1.1 kW |
The press parameters can be modified according to the requirements of the specific process. We can change the number of compression zones, the length of the sludge thickening zone and other structural and operating parameters.
For sludge that is particularly difficult to dewater, an optional rotary dosing unit can also be used, or the press can operate together with an additional sludge thickener.
The press can be supplied as part of a complete sludge dewatering system. After dewatering, the material can be transferred to a sludge hygienisation system if required by the subsequent technological process. Depending on the requirements, the installation can include:
Belt filter presses can operate in automatic systems, enabling continuous sludge dewatering while reducing the need for constant operator supervision. Belt speed adjustment makes it possible to adapt operating conditions to the type and quantity of sludge being fed.
As a manufacturer of belt filter presses, we can adapt the unit to the parameters of the specific installation and the properties of the sludge being dewatered. We select the press size, belt width, configuration of the working zones and cooperating equipment.
