We design and implement technological installations for wastewater treatment and sludge processing. These include both individual units and fully integrated process lines for wastewater treatment plants, in which each stage of the process is functionally interconnected. The appropriate configuration of equipment makes it possible to optimise plant operation, reduce operating costs and meet applicable environmental requirements.
Our technological installations include equipment for mechanical wastewater treatment, such as basket screens, rotary drum screens, spiral screens, screen grit chambers and vertical grit chambers with grit separators. These units are used for the effective separation of screenings, grit and mineral suspended solids, protecting downstream equipment against excessive wear and failures. The systems can also be equipped with screenings presses for dewatering and reducing the volume of separated material before further handling.
An important part of our technological installations is equipment for sludge dewatering and processing. Chamber filter presses and belt filter presses provide effective separation of solids from the liquid phase, significantly reducing the amount of sludge requiring transport or further treatment. The process is supported by polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing stations, which provide stable flocculation conditions and repeatable operating parameters. Sludge mixers and component silos complete the system and allow individual process stages to be accurately controlled.
We also supply sludge hygienisation systems, including sludge hygienisation units and systems using milk of lime. These solutions enable effective inactivation of microorganisms, sludge stabilisation and improvement of its handling properties. This facilitates the storage of treated sludge and its further use in accordance with applicable regulations. Material transport between individual process stages is carried out by screw conveyors and belt conveyors designed for operation in demanding environmental conditions.
Technological installations can be supplied as stationary or modular systems, including containerised wastewater receiving stations, allowing rapid implementation and future expansion. This approach enables us to adapt the system to the scale of the facility, the type of wastewater and the individual requirements of the investor while ensuring reliable operation, durability and high process efficiency.
