We supply containerised wastewater receiving stations designed for the controlled reception of municipal and industrial wastewater delivered by vacuum tankers and sewage trailers. The station equipment measures the volume of incoming wastewater and monitors its parameters, reducing the risk of wastewater that does not meet specified requirements being introduced into the treatment plant.
We can supply the station as a complete system installed in an insulated and heated container or in a version without a container. The equipment, control system and enclosure dimensions are selected according to the customer’s requirements, and the station can form part of a modern wastewater treatment plant.
The containerised wastewater receiving station enables controlled and organised reception of wastewater delivered by vacuum tankers. Its function is not limited to receiving wastewater; the station also monitors its volume and parameters before it is introduced into the downstream treatment process.
Monitoring the delivered wastewater is important for protecting the treatment process. Wastewater with parameters outside the specified ranges may interfere with the operation of activated sludge or biological filter systems, so the station enables each delivery to be verified before it is fully accepted.
The receiving station equipment measures and monitors both the parameters and the volume of delivered wastewater. Permissible ranges are defined according to the requirements of the specific treatment installation.
If the parameters of the delivered wastewater fall outside the specified ranges, the reception process is stopped. This protects the wastewater treatment plant against accepting wastewater that could adversely affect subsequent treatment processes.
The station equipment can be installed in a container made of trapezoidal acid-resistant stainless steel sheet. The container is insulated and heated, providing an enclosed space for process and control equipment.
Depending on the scope of the order, a complete station may include:
The station can be equipped with a KSS screw-slot screen designed for the mechanical separation of solid contaminants from incoming wastewater. Depending on the requirements, the system can additionally be equipped with a screenings press.
This configuration combines controlled reception of hauled wastewater with preliminary mechanical treatment before the wastewater is directed to the downstream sections of the treatment plant.
The control panel can be supplied with or without an identification function. We select the scope of equipment according to the customer’s requirements, allowing the station to be configured either as a simpler wastewater reception point or as a more advanced delivery monitoring system.
| Component | Available configuration |
|---|---|
| Container | with container / without container |
| Control panel | with identification / without identification |
| KSS screw-slot screen | optional |
| Screenings press | optional |
| Container dimensions | selected according to the equipment and customer requirements |
We do not limit the station to a single standard configuration. The equipment and container dimensions are selected according to the customer’s requirements, available space and the required process equipment.
The containerised wastewater receiving station can therefore be supplied as a stand-alone reception point for hauled wastewater or as part of a larger wastewater treatment process line. In systems requiring integrated separation of screenings and grit, one of the downstream units can be an SPK screen grit chamber, selected according to the requirements of mechanical wastewater pre-treatment. The cooperation between individual units and the control method are configured according to the specific installation.
